An Edgar Wright movie through and through, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World boasts loads of wit, charm, and visual spectacle.
The movie, about how Scott must defeat the Seven Evil Exes of his new girlfriend (as well as some ex-girlfriends of his own) though a series of video-game inspired battles. The movie is constantly funny, making interesting use of editing and video game effects.
The acting is great all around, with everyone quickly delivering hilarious put downs, jokes, and one liners.
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is a hilarious ride that never slows down, but never tires you out either. B+.
