Review of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) by Alex E — 03 Jul 2014

I love comic books. I love video games. And I love movies. Most of all, I love when all three come together in one movie and that is what they did in "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World". It is the movie adaptation of a comic book that is full of video game references. That is why I love this movie so much.

When it comes to the story, I have no issues. It is based off the comic, and that I am happy with.

I enjoy the cast too. I have enjoyed numerous other roles that the different actors such as Cera and Winsted, and I think they filled in the roles they took in this film with ease.

As I said before, one of the best things in this movie was the video game references. Some of them were big, and some of them were small. They were all awesome thought. I enjoyed searching and finding each one of them.

Altogether, this was a great movie. It took some of the things that I love most in life, and combined them into an hour and fifty-three minutes of awesome. I have watched it a number of times and will do so as long as the DVD lasts. I recommend you do the same.
