Review of Scoop (2006) by Kate W — 06 Jul 2009
I really LOVED this film, opposite to what most of the critics have said, I think Scoop is one of the funniest Allen's comedies of his career. I doesn't seem to be very original because it has recycled ideas from Love & Death, Dante's Inferno, The Curse of the Jade Scorpion, etc, but the story is agile, involving, hilarious and the cast is perfect.
Definitely the film belongs to Jackman.
