Based on Dick Wolf's own experiences during the same era and featuring a great ensemble cast of then-up-and-comers. Matt Damon played such a douche, I never thought I could like him in anything else.
Some of them went on to brilliant careers, some peaked and faded. Still, 18 years later, the movie does hold up and so do the performances.
