Schmatzy, but well meaning drama that could have used some less melodrama and less obvious direction to equal some pretty decent performances.
David Paymer is a cranky, by the books teacher who has clearly obtained a dilike for his job. He comes to learn a lot about dealing with students by his younger colleage, played by Ryan Reynolds.
