Review of Schizopolis (1997) by Matthew L — 04 Apr 2008
Director Steven Soderbergh plays a nerdy pencil pusher at a Scientology-like firm in this vanity film meant to invoke descriptions like "satiric" and "Python-esque," however execution is lacking in whimsy and linear enough storytelling.
It's interesting as an exercise in a late-90s culture-deficient celebration for film buffs, but clearly, not recommended.
