Review of Schindler's List (1993) by Ben G — 20 May 2014

Spielberg just can't help himself sometimes - especially towards the end. Otherwise an excellent film about humanity in even the most desperate & horrendous situations.

I think it is important we do not forget that the horrors under Nazi Germany are far from some exclusive disgusting blip in history. This film reminds us how those with insurmountable power over others can utterly devalue human life due to arbitrary status or personal gain.
