I have never seen a single film that conveyed such deep emotion and empathy than Schindler's List. This is a timeless film that will go down as one of the greats, as Spielberg's true masterpiece.

After tirelessly researching and reading and reading and reading about the epic sadness that is the Holocaust, after a while it lost its impact on me. When I first learned about it in school I went home and read everything I could about the subject.

I cried for all the victims. But after years of studying it in school, it felt like just another tragedy that was forced into my brain every day. Not until I watched this movie did I truly feel the suffering through their eyes.

The horribleness and loss cast upon millions for nothing. But I also felt a great hope. Through Schindler's eyes I saw tragedy, death, destruction, and a beautiful hope. That no matter how utterly terrifying life can get, there can be a savior.

A savior of a life, or thousands. The epic run time may threaten you, turn you away. But believe me, without it, you wouldn't have gotten such a skillfully crafted film. The beautiful score by John Williams brings to life the suffering, the black and white color scheme somehow makes the powerful film even more so.

Incredible acting by Neeson, Fiennes, and Kingsley bring depth and raw emotion to the characters, making you feeling always enthralled. I cannot find a single error or flaw in this film, and it will stay in my favorites forever.
