Review of Scent of a Woman (1992) by Mohit D — 12 Jan 2011
"Whoo! Ha!" After great perfomances in his long career, Pacino finally recieves his Oscar Award for his part as Lt. Colonel Frank Slade in "Scent Of A Woman". A Blind reired old man from the US army who has to face his life with the handicap of not doing what he loves.
A moody man, who has Jack Daniels as his prefered company... but things changes in life and Pacino defenitly gets the title of best "Method Actor" of all times in this travel around the pleasures of life: the Tango scene is superb, his speeches and body language and his love for woman.
Good Chris O'Donnell as well, but the movie is worth watching because of Mr Pacino.
