An excellent story of friendship and hesitance to see life for what it really is, given all its joys and darkness. Al Pacino gives not only his best performance but brings one of the greatest on-screen characters to life with effervescent vitality, romance, and humor.
It's a movie that never ceases to be rewatchable--simply one of the best.
