Review of Scary Movie 5 (2013) by Hannah W — 10 Feb 2014
Railing against Scary Movie V for diminishing the series' standards would be as effective as criticising Brooke Hogan for disgracing her proud family name. And yet, the fifth installment of the Scary Movie franchise does do that.
David Zucker is missed here as the director instead it's Malcolm D Lee who has taken charge and does a bad job but to say this is better than Scary Movie 2 is very much true but that's not saying much.
Although the best bits are the spoof parts of Paranormal Activity and Charlie Sheen should've been in it a bit more.
