Review of Scary Movie 4 (2006) by James H — 01 Jun 2012

I like the Scary Movie series - but I was surprised to find out they were making a 4th one. This one is ok, but it's not the best. We still get a terrible plot which is the way of the franchise and the characters are dumbasses.

Anna Faris is hot but still doesn't impress in this. I liked Anthony Anderson, he's a great comedian. The way they make fun of some of the movies they parody is actually pretty damn hilarious.

Some of the jokes weren't so fantastic though. They were kinda lame. The ending in a way makes you think that they've stopped with the Scary Movies but I dunno what they'll do. See it if you loved the previous films, but if you want a more mature comedy - STEP AWAY FROM IT!
