I think it's the 2nd best of all of the films to be honest....
After the 1st one there were big dropoffs but this one somewhat redeemed itself...The spoofs of the grudge I found to be pretty damn funny especially when he is showing the house.
Spoofs of War of the worlds are also featured.
Again not overly funny but funny nonetheless.
