David Zucker directed this and brought along Charlie Sheen (Hot Shots) and Leslie Neilson (Airplane, The Naked Gun) for the ride. Unfortunately I remember this being a lot better than it is. There are quite a lot of funny moments, mostly delivered by Sheen but there is a lot of rubbish in here and several scenes fall flat.
It's a shame really but never mind, it was nowhere near as awful as 4.
