It's a shame that it's many sequels have ruined the franchise but this original is still the best in the series. The acting is purposely exaggerated and the jokes, based on mainly slasher movies, were fresh for it's time although they have been done to "death" since.
If you are a fan of the Scream and Halloween movies then you should enjoy this fun comedy movie. Just don't bother with the follow ups!
