Good: First half is hilarious, good acting.
Bad: Last half is has very few moments of humor, thin story.
Like the first movie, this movie is a spoof on horror. This one is haunting movies in particular like The Haunting and The Exorcist. The survivors of the last incident are put into a haunted house and haunted by the ghost of the mansion. The funniest factor in the cinema is the random. The most ridiculous and random things will happen that will make you laugh in surprise. The plot of the movie, as most spoofs are, is outrageously fun. The acting is good, I am surprised that the actors could hold in their laughter during some scenes. The funniest, and most annoying, character is the butler(Chris Elliot). The man is strange and with his deformed right hand scares the cast throughout the film. The first half of the movie was hilarious. My friend and I were gasping for breath in between laughs. Suddenly the jokes that made us laugh started to get fewer and fewer until the jokes were not even funny. They lost their effect and it seems like they had a good forty-five minute movie and realized they needed to make it much longer. They dragged it out, losing the humor, and bringing down the enjoyment.
