Review of Scarface (1983) by Guillaume H — 14 Apr 2013
Most characters are pathetic wrecks except Tony's mother, and the woman locked inside Michelle Pfeiffer( wich she depicts with the art of a true actress on the rise), but I have to admit its a good movie.
The glorification made to such assholery is despicable, and I feel like this move plays its part in this mess. A piece of 80's extravaganza that may have seemed trite at the time of its release but will live on as one great twisted time capsule.
And its made real powerful with this restaurant scene at 2h05, among others.
