Review of Scarecrow Gone Wild (2004) by Christopher S — 18 Jul 2007
Scarecrow Gone Wild starring Ken Shamrock. The only reason why I watched this is because I heard Ken Shamrock gives the Scarecrow a belly-to-belly suplex & the Scarecrow gives him an armdrag takeover. None of that happened. They got into a fist fight & Ken Shamrock was placed in a sleeper hold by the Scarecrow.
Total shitfest.
At least it shows some tits & has this scene with a guy playing acoustic guitar & singing some atrocious song he wrote. He then gets a volleyball net pole thrown through him, ending the shitty song.
I want to take the total shitfest line back. This is one of those movies that is so fucking terrible that it's good. I still wish that Ken Shamrock would've give the Scarecrow a belly-to-belly suplex & for the Scarecrow to perform an armdrag takeover on Ken Shamrock but it's still pretty hilarious that Shamrock got choked out by the Scarecrow. I then would want the Scarecrow to be unmasked only for it to be Mr. Hughes, who was the bodyguard of Chris Jericho at the time when Jericho & Shamrock were feuding, which eventually led to Shamrock departing the WWF. It could've also been The Big Boss Man since he was still alive when the movie was filmed & released. Or the most likely person...Tito Ortiz. I don't even watch UFC but I know these two don't like each other.
I'd rather see low budget turds like this any day over all of the remakes & other terrible Hollywood horror films.
