Wild effects and make-up can't save this tale of psychic assassins from falling into some of the usual sci-fi trappings (namely the constant dialogue). Students of Cronenberg will notice his arcane style/vision through-out and would probably rate this higher but for the casual horror viewer interest wanes from beginning to end.
