Review of Scanners (1981) by Gordon C — 30 Jan 2009
I'm something of a Cronenberg fan these days, and this was the first of his movies I ever saw. And I loved it. Sure, it's low budget, and some of the acting leaves something to be desired. But there are good ideas, ideas which I guess have a particular appeal to me for some reason.
I always had a secret desire to be able to make people's heads explode by telepathy...
Just kidding.
