I really liked it. interracial relationships and the brando goes from a racist to loving a japanese girl. brando was either sooo great an actor he seemed like he wasnt acting or he did a really bad job, im not sure which one it is.
oh and it also makes it seems like there is no escape from the military short of death. but on the whole it was cute and pretty progressive cept who decided ricardo montalban was japanese?
