Review of Saw VI (2009) by Grant B — 25 Oct 2012

Okay for the good of this movie I will review it as a fan of the Saw franchise, not as a normal critic. I am sure you will read reviews on this movie and most of them will be bad. I think what it needs is the review of a true fan to ensure the film the credit it deserves.

Really not much goes into this review, think about it, its a Saw film, basic formula. Let me say if you have not seen the first 5 films you definitely will not understand what is going on in this one.

This is the one that ties them all together, John Kramer a.k.a. the original Jigsaw's plan comes full circle in this one. And I can tell you Saw fans, this is the movie you have been waiting for. By far it is the most violent one yet, and the traps are what make it.

See in this one there is basically no down time, it's like constant violence and it will sure satisfy, unlike previous saw films which had many scenes which seemed boring and out of place for extened periods of time.

(Mostly 5). The suspense in this one is great, I mean it does what every other one does, it keeps you guessing til the very end, but good lord in this one I have never felt so satisfied by the ending since the first one.

It doesn't leave you hanging, sure there are still unanswered questions that they will most likely bring back in the latter sequels, but for what its worth if you have been waiting for a resolution to all of these, this one gives it to you.

So as a fan I loved it, definitely better than 4 and 5, it ranks up there with the original 3. So some of you may be losing your faith in the series after 5 and dimiss it as random violence, and I was close to doing that too, but this one really brings the story back to it, and does it damn well.

So you know what even as a real movie critic I would love this movie, everything you have expected to come from a Saw movie is in it and much more, it went so far as to shock me (and I have been decensitized to some crazy stuff).

So fans YOU MUST SEE THIS MOVIE. if you are a regular movie goer, see the first 5 and saee this one, I can guarantee you will have fun and be disgusted at the same time.
