Pretty good. My biggest issue is its just so complicated on the first watch. So many interconnected character backstories which works in that it ties the series together but also requires you to really know the series and especially Saw III.
The traps are again excellent (my favourite being the scalp ripper!), I liked learning how he became Jigsaw and the film looks excellent as you'd expect from the series. Not as good as Saw II though!
