Review of Saw IV (2007) by Matt H — 27 Feb 2011

I have never been a fan of these torture porn films. I liked the first Saw, but the sequels lack both the ingenuity and the genuine fright the first film inspired. In many ways this is the worst of the first four films in terms of all out quality, but I will admit I found it more entertaining than the previous two films.

I also liked that it was less violent than the previous film. If you are a fan of the series, you'll likely dig it, but if not, save yourself the torment.
