Definitely better than the third one, but still does not live up to "Saw" and "Saw II." "Saw IV" does a good job of explaining how Jigsaw got to be so evil and shows us that there was more than just Jigsaw and Amanda.
Ties in with the other three just as well and provides its own share of decent scares and gratuitous gore, truly, truly surprising.
