The movie starts as a continuation to the second part, where Detective Eric Matthews is locked behind trapped, and the officers searching for his disappearance. To be frank, this movie is ultimate gruesome, too gory and has lot of bloodshed, indeed wildest in the series.
It also reveals some of the stories/mysteries behind the murders portrayed in the first and second part.
