I spent years avoiding the Saw films thinking they were just blood n guts on screen, plotless, slasher movies. Couldn't have been more wrong. I loved how every single aspect of the plot is carefully integrated across all 7 movies (albeit to a lesser extent by number 7).
Would highly recommend.
