Funny as heck - I say. Amanda Peet is so great as the evil bitch from hell. Also the workings of Jack Black and Steve Zahn together is a perfect match. Jason Biggs is nothing special in the film, and almost any actor could have filled the bill.
He is the straight man to all this comedic magic. He does not take away from the great film, but he is the least memorable actor. All good comedy needs a straight man though. Very funny movie.
