June 6th 2010:
It is one of my traditions to watch this movie every 6th of June.
Back in 2005 I was out in Bayeux France watching this movie in the hostel I was staying at. It was quite something to think 61years to the date this was about to take place not far from where I was.
I was lucky enough to walk the Hallowed Grounds out on the Normandy.
Coast back in June of 2005. It was one of the most touching moments in.
My life to walk out on to Omaha Beach and look back towards the hills.
And try to imagine what those brave men must have felt that June 6th.
Easily one of the best war movies of all time.
Looks incredible on Blu-ray!!!
