Review of Saving Private Ryan (1998) by Hanul C — 16 May 2015
Saving private Ryan portrays powerfully the scene of the battlefield and the emotions of different soldiers. Each battle makes audience feel nervous and scared. The cinematography and the actions are top notch with a strong chemistry between characters.
However, non-american audience like me might have issues about the American patriotism in this movie. They seems to show little humanity between the German characters and America is mostly shown to be the "good guys".
