The most stunning piece to me was how the film was shot. No director in their right mind ever increases the shutter speed; but it looks precisely how it should look - choppy and frantic. I applaud every effort on this film, those behind the camera, and in front.
Flawless film that will forever remain the greatest war film of all time.
