My favourite film - exceptionally gritty and realistic action scenes which truly portray the horrors of World War II in all its glory, fantastic acting from a top-notch cast led by the ever-amazing Tom Hanks, an unbelievably emotional ending and a beginning,first gory scene which has yet to be matched by any film.
