Saving Private Ryan is extremely realistic, it was more like seeing a war itself, the visual effects are great, Hanks act well in this film. The main problem that I find here is that except Hanks and Damon, you cannot identify any other character in this mess and the action was too much for me, I didn't want to see any more modern war films after watching this film.
