Shannon and I watched this movie over the weekend. If you're expecting a typical Disney movie, this ain't it.
Tom Hanks as Walt Disney was remarkable, but Emma Thompson as Pamela L. Travers was phenomenal. Her raw emotion, her protectiveness of Mary Poppins and the other characters in her book, her childhood memories that formed he life was, in my opinion, an award winning performance.
Well directed, great soundtrack, well worth watching.
