Review of Saving Mr. Banks (2013) by Paul B — 24 Feb 2015
An excellent film detailing the working relationship, or almost lack thereof, between P.L Travers and Walt Disney in bringing her greatest creation to the big screen. Great performances from Emma Thompson & Tom Hanks help flesh out the characters and detail wonderfully as, despite knowing how it all turned out, it's a thoroughly interesting film, if a touch too sentimental in places.
