Review of Saving Mr. Banks (2013) by Vincem — 22 Dec 2013
Very enjoyable and entertaining film. Yes, it keeps jumping from Traver's real life childhood in Australia with her alcoholic father and pitiful mother to her dealings with Walt Disney who was superbly played by Tom Hanks.
Yet, there's a real charming, satisfying and touching quality to the overall production. Ms. Thompson was excellent.
