Review of Saved (2009) by Marissa C — 14 Oct 2008
Hilarious, poignant and accessible. It's really a shame that Macaulay Culkin gets panned as a child actor, because his presence in this film has much more depth than one might expect in a teen movie.
This film's message may be glaringly obvious, but I'm happy any time people use comedy to poke fun at being judgmental. It's ok to laugh at religion/faith and its earthly misadventures. I'm pretty sure God has a great sense of humor.
