A film way too in to itself to be entertaining. All of the pieces are there but it's like Oliver Stone didn't know whether he wanted this to be a serious crime thriller or a Tarantino-esque product of colorful characters and style.
So we get both, making it a long movie with colorful characters who are boring as all hell.
