If they legalize pot this violent mean spirited movie about two beach loving buddy drug dealers taking on the Mexican drug cartels in a personal war wouldn't ever have been made. But that's just my politics.
The war on drugs has not been successful at all. And this movie is a well made indictment of the violence the drug war has wrought. This film is a film noir set in sun drenched California, and Mexico.
Highly immoral. The good guys are evil and the bad guys more so. I didn't like this movie, but it was well made.
