Haha, where does one start. A gang of DEA agents after a hard days graft, like to chill out and get their charlies out. The fittiest of the two go on a medicine run to the Phillipines they get stranded on a desert island.

However, once they go for a stroll around the island, it becomes clear that they are not alone. The WII Japanese veteran nearly killed me. Comedy gold.
