Review of Saturday Night Fever (1977) by Eytan D — 19 Jan 2015
"Saturday Night Fever" is really a product of its time. The clothes, the hair, the dancing, the music. So, by today's standards, it's a bit dated. But watching it from a 70's perspective, there aren't many dance movies that can accomplish what "Saturday Night Fever" did.
It has a cool, at times very real story, great music (particularly by the Bee Gees), and the role that made John Travolta a star. Very enjoyable!
