Review of Saturday Night Fever (1977) by Clara I — 06 Aug 2008
It's a bit of a shame that this movie is remembered mostly for it's electrifying dance sequences and dated clothes. The dance sequences WERE awesome, but Saturday Night Fever also quite a bit more.
Tony is a selfish, vain, shallow prick. After a series of events he realizes that isn't the way to live life. I just simplified the storyline big time, but it is really something to witness the gradual transformation.
