Review of Sarah's Key (2010) by Noreen Y — 16 Aug 2011
Family history can be complicated, and the plot to this movie is complicated to explain. Julia is researching for an article she will write about the holocaust. Her father-in-law's family is intertwined with the family who lived in the apartment before them, the daughter of whom managed to escape the not too well known Vel d'Hiv round up in France.
It's a really gripping story, based on fact.
