This review was originally going to be a rant about humour not travelling, about the care involved in making bleak subject matter amusing, about the perilous fancy of comedic persona over actual humour, and about the complete emptiness of petulant shock tactics when they are bereft of mature, worthwhile perspective... but, as it happens, two words are all that are needed.
