It's pretty bad. But it manages a creep out or two. The acting is laughable -- especially the brother. But it's a little scary, not at all gory and if you go in expecting to kind of laugh at the whole thing, it's not all that bad of an experience.
Mind you, I get a media pass -- so no money lost.
