Hulk Hogan plays a rude, egotistical billionaire who gets hit on the head and loses his memory, believing that he's really Santa Claus instead. With the help of Garret Morris, he decides to help the local orphanage, which is under threat of destruction by an evil developer (Ed Begley) who wants to get at the SECRET CAVES UNDERNEATH IT.
It's uh, certainly.....energetic, but it's no SUBURBAN COMMANDO (still the gold standard for Hulk Hogan movies).
