Review of Santa Sangre (1989) by Michael T — 04 Apr 2004
[font=Times New Roman][size=3][color=lemonchiffon]Both an addicting and extraordinarily beautiful film to watch. The colors are astounding, the texture and scenery lush, the humor spot-on, the music perfect, and the circus setting as beautiful and as artful as a filmmaker could ever make it to be. A masterpiece. This is an extremely majestic film that one will never forget. I would describe it as sort of a blend of Lynch, Fellini, and Argento, but honestly, it's in a class of its own.
