Review of Santa Fe Trail (1940) by Vincent H — 31 Mar 2009
Now THIS was a decent Flynn film, directed by Michael Curtiz. The kind of juicy historical fiction that everybody loves with plenty of cavalry charges, burning barns, treachery, and gunfights. The only part I thought was "eh" was de Havilland's part, grossly underplayed.
