Not a bad western here, certainly not the best, but what do you expect from Republic? Here, John Wayne joins the mesquiteers to deal with a rather complex mess of things, from land claims, to crooked sheriffs to murder! All actually are dealt with rather logically until the rather silly cliffhanger ending.
Worth catching to see early Wayne.
