Review of Sand Castle (2017) by David S — 03 May 2017
A Netflix film that stars Nicholas Hoult, a young machine gunner facing the moral ambiguity of war in the Middle East. This film is supposed to show the struggles of war and his group is sent to repair a water well in a village.
They're met with resistance several occasions and have to device if it is all worth it or not. Other than that the film was pretty bland and straight forward. No need to go out of your way to see this one.
I mark it below average.
